Dukes Close Non-Conference Slate With No. 19 Notre Dame

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison women's basketball will close its traditional non-conference slate on Sunday when it welcomes No. 19 Notre Dame to Harrisonburg. Action inside the Atlantic Union Bank Center is scheduled for 4 p.m. and will stream on ESPN+.
LAST TIME VS. THE FIGHTING IRISH
- JMU shot 15-of-69 (.217) from the field to suffer its first setback of the 2024-25 season with a 92-46 loss at No. 6 Notre Dame inside the Purcell Pavilion at the Joyce Center on Nov. 13, 2024.
- Kseniia Kozlova posted her second double-double of the season, recording 14 points and 10 rebounds. Jamia Hazell and Peyton McDaniel finished with nine and eight points, respectively, while Angela Williams pulled down a career-high nine rebounds. Zakiya Stephenson tied her career high of six points.
THE DUKES VS. THE ACC
- James Madison owns a 52-67 (.437) mark versus current Atlantic Coast Conference opponents, and has won back-to-back games against the league with wins over Virginia Tech (65-56, No. 23) and Boston College (73-53, Nov. 28).
