NEW ORLEANS – James Madison's Family Weekend matchup against Georgia Southern on Saturday, Sept. 27 will kick off at 1:30 p.m. at Bridgeforth Stadium and will be streamed live on ESPN+, as announced by ESPN and the Sun Belt Conference.
This will be the 12th meeting all-time between the Dukes and Eagles, with Georgia Southern leading the series, 9-2. Since joining the SBC, Georgia Southern owns a 2-1 advantage, as the home team has won all three contests between 2022 and 2024.
JMU is also 2-3 all-time at home versus the Eagles, having most recently won 41-13 on Oct. 14, 2023.
The 2025 college football season marks the 14th straight year all Sun Belt home games will appear on an ESPN platform.
