HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison men's soccer has announced its spring schedule on Wednesday afternoon that includes five matches, all against teams from Virginia or Washington D.C.
"Our 2026 spring slate will be much different than from the years past," said Head Coach
Paul Zazenski. "We have agreed to take part in the first annual Virginia Commonwealth Cup, comprised of six Division I teams in Virginia. We are excited to work towards something this spring and compete for a spring championship. This spring will be a very new group so we are looking forward to seeing them in action and gelling as a team both on and off the field."
The Dukes' first day of spring competition will be on Feb. 21, hosting George Washington to begin the Virginia Commonwealth Cup. The tournament will feature William & Mary and VCU, with JMU hosting the Tribe on Feb. 28 before visiting the Rams on March 28. The Virginia Cup will culminate on April 11 at The St. James, where the finals will take place.
JMU will conclude its spring on April 18 when it travels to American.
