NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. – James Madison lacrosse seniors
Josie Pell and
Jordan Peterson have been selected to compete in the IWLCA Division I Senior All-Star game, the organization announced Wednesday afternoon.
Pell and Peterson are two of 48 student-athletes across DI assigned to either the Blue or White All-Star team. The pair will compete on the Blue team, coached by Johns Hopkins' Head Coach Tim McCormack.
A 2026 team captain, Pell started every game for JMU contributing nine goals, two assists, 27 ground balls, and four caused turnovers. The Catonsville, Md. native received her first all-conference recognition of her career, earning a spot on the All-American Conference second team.
Peterson started all 21 games for JMU in 2026, leading JMU in multiple categories including goals (44), hat tricks (7) and free position goals (9). The Sparks, Md. native received a spot on the American Conference All-Tournament team for her contributions during the Dukes second consecutive American Tournament title.
The DI All-Star game will be played on Tierney Field at the USA Lacrosse Headquarters in Sparks, Md. on May 30 at 12:30 p.m. Admission for all fans is free and the game will not be streamed.
