2005: Tied third on team in assists. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award. JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2004: CoSIDA Academic All-District III second team. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award. JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2003: Conference (CAA) Rookie of the Week (Oct. 19) after scoring her first collegiate goal in 3-2 victory at North Carolina Wilmington. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award.
High school and club: All-state first team as a senior and honorable mention as a junior. Four-time All-Central Region and All-Dominion District first team. All-Richmond Metro first team as a freshman, junior and senior and second team as a sophomore. Team’s MVP as a senior and offensive MVP as a freshman and junior. Led team in goals as a freshman, junior and senior, in assists and points all four seasons. Academic all-state as a senior and academic All-Richmond Metro, All-Central Region and All-Dominion District four years. The Rapids were district co-champions and regional semifinalists 2003. Her Braddock Road Electra Under-18 club team won Virginia State Cup 2002. State Olympic Development Program team member 2000. Also ran indoor track and finished seventh in the state meet in the 300m as a senior and 16th as a sophomore and junior. Dominion District field Athlete of the Year as a senior, when she won the 55m and the long jump and was 300m and triple jump runner-up in the district meet. District triple jump champion and region 300m runner-up as a junior. James River’s indoor track MVP as a senior and most improved athlete as a junior. Her track team was district champion 2002, 2003. Played for the W League Richmond Kickers Destiny summer 2005.
