- Drew midweek start on staff day versus VMI and allowed one run in three innings
- Picked up first win of the year at Delaware with five hits allowed and one run while setting a season high with seven innings pitched
2013 as a sophomore:
- Ranked eighth in the CAA with 14 starts and tied for the lead in conference starts with nine
- Led JMU with 71 innings pitched and 14 games started
- His 14 season starts also ranked seventh in JMU history
- Seven innings allowing one run on two hits with seven strikeouts in Hartford opener to earn CAA Pitcher of the Week honors
- Career high eight strikeouts with six innings in Towson finale as JMU rallied for walkoff win
- Earned third win of the season, entering JMU’s CAA Tournament opener in relief when action resumed the next day in a suspended game. Tossed 3 1/3 innings allowing three runs.
2012 as a freshman:
- Voted JMU's Most Valuable Pitcher
- Ranked fourth in the CAA for opponent batting average (.250), third for fewest hits allowed (62), sixth for fewest earned runs allowed (32) and fifth for fewest home runs allowed (2)
- Over the 30-game CAA league schedule, ranked sixth in the conference with a .246 opponent average and fifth for fewest home runs allowed (1)
- Collegiate debut with start vs. Virginia, going five innings and allowing one run on two hits
- Carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning and finished allowing one hit with five strikeouts in six full innings of work against W&M
- Matched season high with second straight six-inning effort but hard-luck loser in first career decision with two runs allowed on six hits
- Earned first career victory in eighth start of the season in opener of Northeastern series as he allowed four runs in seven hits in six innings
- Received CAA Pitcher of the Week honors after working career-high eight innings and allowing one run in 13-2 win at Hofstra
- Matched longest game with one of the best-pitched games at JMU in years and earned CAA Co-Rookie of the Week with one hit allowed in eight innings but suffered loss due to errors and two unearned runs
