NFHCA National Academic Squad... made 2009 season debut in 3-2 win over American... made appearances in 3-0 win over VCU, 2-0 loss to North Carolina, and 2-1 loss to Old Dominion.
As a freshman: NFHCA National Academic Squad... CAA Commissioner's Academic Award... JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete.
High School:Second Team All-district as a sophomore... two time First Team All-district as a junior and senior... Honorable Mention All-state, Second Team All-region, and National Field Hockey Coaches Association All-region team as a junior... First Team All-region, First Team All-state, Co-District, Region, and Co-State Player of the Year as a senior... Daily Press Player of the Year and Virginia Gazette Player of the Year... The Eagles were 2006 District champions and 2007 Co-District champs, District tournament champs, and Regional champs.

Why did you choose JMU?
I loved the campus, the staff, and the team.
What is your major and why did you choose it?
Health Services or Biology because I want to go to Medical School
What do you enjoy most about JMU field hockey?
The team chemistry
What are your goals for this year?
I want to learn as much as I can about hockey from coach Lucas and play my hardest.
What is your favorite pre-game music or ritual?
My high school team had a tradition where each girl brought in a quote, thought, or some object that had an inspiring story behind it to encourage the team for the game.
Who motivates you and why?
My Dad because he always pushes me to do my best.
What are your favorite things about JMU?
The food
What influenced you to play field hockey?
My babysitter played and I just picked it up
What can’t you live without?
Chick Fil A sweet tea
What is something most people don’t know about you?
I love penguins
What other hobbies and/or activities do you enjoy?
Jet skiing and swimming
