Jordan Smith is in his second season with the James Madison football program in 2025, as he serves as the senior director of football operations.
Smith joined the Dukes after four seasons on Bob Chesney’s staff at Holy Cross (2020-23), where he spent the final two seasons as the director of operations.
He began his time in Worcester as Holy Cross’ as a volunteer digital operations and video coordinator.
Before his time at Holy Cross, Smith served as the video coordinator, football operations assistant and student equipment manager from 2017 to 2019 for Dayton. In the summer of 2019, Jordan worked for the Arena Football League's Philadelphia Soul as a football operations intern.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Smith graduated from Dayton in 2019 with a degree in sport management and business administration.
