Matthew Biondi was hired as a graduate assistant with the JMU football program prior to the 2021 season. He serves as an offensive GA in 2022, primarily working with the offensive skilled positions.

Prior to JMU, Biondi was an offensive student assistant coach at his alma mater, Florida State, for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. While in Tallahassee, he worked with the wide receivers while assisting the staff with scout team defense daily.

Biondi graduated from Florida State in 2016 with a bachelor of science in sport management. He later earned his master of science degree in sport management in 2017 from FSU. He’s currently pursuing a master of science in adult education and human resource development at JMU.
