High School: IHSA 5A Honorable Mention All-State as a senior… All-St. Louis Region Large District as a senior… Belleville News-Democrat All-District as a senior… All-Mississippi Valley Conference as a senior… Gateway Classic All-Star… Passed for 3,000 yards and 32 touchdowns as a senior… Also rushed for 620 yards and six scores in same season… Helped Bulldogs to the Elite 8 of the IHSA 5A playoffs as a senior… Led team to first playoff win in 15 years as a sophomore… Dual-sport athlete who also played baseball.
