Kyle Reihs is in his first season with the James Madison football program in 2026, as he serves as a player personnel analyst.
He joined the Dukes after spending four seasons on Billy Napier’s staff at Florida (2022-25), where he was a player personnel/recruiting assistant.
In that role, Reihs identified, evaluated and recruited high school and junior college players across the country. He built a prospect board for the personnel department and coaching staff. He additionally assisted the pro liaison with administrative tasks while hosting NFL scouts when on campus.
During his time in Gainesville, Reihs participated in the Phil Savage Scout School in 2024, which taught students the “art of scouting” from the eyes of a former NFL general manager while further developing evaluation skills.
Upon his hire with UF football, Reihs was working for the University Athletic Association as a baseball usher.
Reihs graduated from Florida in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in sport management while minoring in business administration.
