Started JMU’s opener vs. Davidson but then missed seven games because of illness. Missed the closing minutes at George Mason Jan. 17 and didn’t play from halftime vs. Old Dominion Jan. 28 until Feb. 14 vs. William & Mary because of illness. Limited to 13 minutes vs. Mount St. Mary’s because of a hand injury and didn’t play at Liberty.
Returned as a starter Feb. 21 vs. Gardner-Webb and had a career-high 25 points (11-16 shooting) and seven rebounds. Game’s top scorer vs. Virginia Commonwealth (19) Feb. 25 and at Delaware Feb. 28 (23).
Scored in double figures in his first four games after returning early in the year, including 19 points and six rebounds at Radford in his first outing in eight games. Hit on eight of 10 shots.

2007-08
Scored in double figures 18 times, including five straight games before having seven points at Hofstra. Averaged 15.0 points for the five games. Had five scoring-rebounding "double-doubles" and led the team or tied for the team lead in scoring six times and in rebounding 10 times.
Became JMU's 23rd 1,000-point scorer Feb. 2 at George Mason, had his 100th assist Feb. 6 vs. Towson, and had his 500th rebound and 100th steal Feb. 16 vs. Hofstra. The 10th Duke with 1,000 points and 500 rebounds and only the second with 1,000 points, 500 rebounds and 100 assists and steals.
Seventh on JMU's career free throw attempts list (381), 13th in rebounding (523) and 18th in scoring (1,117). His 47 steals in 2007-08 are JMU's No. 9 season mark. Among CAA players in 2007-08 was second in offensive rebounding, third in field goal percentage, tied for seventh in steals and 17th in scoring.
At Drexel had a game-high 22 points and tied for the team rebounding high (9). Had 18 second-half points. Had 16 points (4-4 shooting) vs. Georgia State to close the regular season.
Had 15 points and seven rebounds Jan. 30 vs. William & Mary and team highs of 17 points and 11 rebounds Feb. 2 at George Mason. Hit on 15 of 17 shots (88.2 percent) in the two games.
Tied his career scoring high of 23 points at Towson and his career assists high of four at home vs. Towson. Had 22 points Feb. 16 vs. Hofstra.
Played only during the first half at Old Dominion (injury). Returned to start vs. George Mason and had 16 points, three rebounds and four steals.

Vs. Virginia Commonwealth Jan. 2, gave JMU a 60-59 lead with two free throws with 0:58 left and its final 62-61 margin with a layup at the final buzzer.
Led JMU in scoring vs. Siena (20) and at College of Charleston (19). Hit on all eight of his shots and had a team-high seven rebounds vs. Siena. All-tournament at Charleston's Jim 'N Nick's Classic --12 points and three rebounds vs. South Carolina State and a game-high 19 points and a team-high eight rebounds vs. Charleston. Hit on 12 of 19 shots (.632) in the two games.
2006-07
Started each of JMU's 30 games and has started all but one JMU game (57 career starts) during the last two seasons (did not play in 2005-06 at Drexel, concussion).
Led JMU in scoring for the second straight year (13.0). Second on the team in rebounding (5.3) and blocked shots (12) and third in assists (47). Team leader in field goal percentage (.518).
In the CAA was 18th in scoring and 14th in rebounding.
Has 43 career double-figure scoring games, including 22 in 2006-07. In 2006-07 led JMU or tied for the team lead in scoring eight times and in rebounding 10 times.
Scored in double figures in each of JMU's first 12 games in 2006-07 and 16 straight games overall until being limited to seven points against Virginia Commonwealth Jan. 6.
During JMU's last five regular-season games averaged 15.8 points and 6.0 rebounds.
Feb. 24 vs. Hofstra hit on nine of 12 shots and had 19 points and six rebounds. Feb. 21 at Virginia Commonwealth, had 13 points, a team-high four rebounds, and a career-high-tying four assists.
At Siena Feb. 17, had team highs of 19 points and eight rebounds, his most points in 11 games and his most rebounds in nine games.
Had his top scoring effort (18 points) in nine games Feb. 10 vs. Northeastern. Had a game-high seven rebounds.
Reached double figures in scoring for the first time in four games with a game-high 21 points at George Mason Jan. 13. Had a career-high 10 field goals.

JMU’s top scorer (12.7) and rebounder (7.1). His 191 rebounds matched JMU’s No. 4 mark for a freshman and is its freshman best since 1976-77, JMU’s first Division I year. His 342 points are JMU’s No. 7 freshman mark and its freshman best since 1991-92.
Led CAA freshmen in scoring and rebounding. In the league overall was 13th in scoring and ninth in rebounding.

Northeastern, had game and career highs of 23 points and 15 rebounds, the first time since 2000-01 that a Duke had 15 rebounds in regulation play, the first since 1977-78 that a Duke had 20 points and 15 rebounds in regulation play, and only the second time since JMU has been in Division I (since 1976-77) that a JMU freshman has had 20 points and 15 rebounds in a game (other was in 1976-77).
Had team highs of 20 points and 10 rebounds vs. Appalachian State. Sent the game into overtime with a field goal as time expired in regulation.
At Youngstown State, had 13 points and 12 rebounds -- his third “double-double”. Had his fourth with 14 points and 14 rebounds at Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in the finals of the Flint Hills Invitational. Vs. Yale, had six points, six rebounds and a career-high four assists and was all-tournament.
Had his fifth “double-double” with 19 points and 10 rebounds vs. Towson Jan. 7. Hit on seven of 10 shots.
