Only Duke to start each 2007-08 JMU game. Scored in double figures in each of the first 10 games and in 22 overall. Had six 20-point games and led the team or tied for the team lead in scoring nine times and in rebounding 15 times. Had four scoring-rebounding "double-doubles" and six double-figure rebounding games.
His 6.8 two-year rebound average is JMU's No. 7 career mark. Among CAA players in 2007-08 was fourth in free throw percentage, fifth in offensive rebounds, seventh in overall rebounding, 10th in field goal percentage and 14th in scoring.
Led JMU in scoring (15) and rebounding (6) vs. Northeastern in the CAA Tournament.
Had a game-high 20 points vs. Georgia State (JMU's Senior Day), including six during JMU's 13-5 run to end the 70-60 win.
CAA co-player of the week for his play vs. Radford Dec. 17 and at Seton Hall Dec. 22. Vs Radford had 22 points and a game-high 12 rebounds. Hit on eight of 13 shots in 37 minutes. At Seton Hall had 18 points, a game-high 12 rebounds, four assists and a career-high four steals in a season-high 38 minutes.
Led JMU with 17 points and had seven rebounds and three assists vs. Towson Feb. 6. Hit on two free throws with 14.8 seconds left and JMU leading 70-67.
Had team highs of 23 points and seven rebounds vs. George Mason Jan. 19. Hit on 10 of 11 free throws.
Had a season- and team-high 23 points in 22 minutes at Virginia Military. Hit on 11 of 13 shots and had 13-straight JMU points during the second half. Led the team with six rebounds.
At Eastern Kentucky had a team-high 17 points and 10 rebounds. Hit on nine of nine free throws and had a field goal and two free throws to give JMU a 72-63 lead after EKU cut an 11-point deficit to 68-63 with just more than two minutes left.
At Northeastern hit on both shots of one-and one free throw tries with 0:25 and 0:03 left for JMU leads of 66-62 and 68-65.
Had 20 points and tied for the team rebounding high of eight vs. Longwood. Had a team-best 20 points and eight rebounds vs. Mt. St. Mary's. Hit on 12 of 14 free throws.
Had 14 points and a game-high 11 rebounds at Dartmouth. Vs. UNC Wilmington Jan. 12 had 17 points, six rebounds and a career-high-tying four steals.
2006-07
During his first JMU season after transferring from Southeastern (Iowa) Community College, played in each of the team's 30 games and made 26 starts. JMU's No. 2 scorer (12.8) and top rebounder (6.9). Averaged 30.5 minutes per game.
Ranked 19th in scoring and fourth in rebounding among CAA players.
Hit on 121 of 169 free throws, figures that rank ninth and fifth, respectively, on JMU's all-time season lists.
Starter in JMU's first six games. Returned as a starter vs. New Jersey Institute of Technology in the second round of the UCF Classic Dec. 30 and started the remainder of JMU's games.
Vs. NJIT had a game- and then-season-high 23 points and a game-high 10 rebounds. Hit on each of his three three-point tries and on eight of 10 free throws.
Had six scoring-rebounding "double-doubles," including a 28-point, 12-rebound, five-assist outing at Delaware, a 19-point, 10-rebound effort against Towson Jan. 29, and a 14-point, 14-rebound game at Towson Feb. 14. At Delaware Feb. 3 had career highs for points (28) and assists (5). Hit on four straight free throws and rebounded a missed Delaware free throw during the final 11.9 seconds.
Followed the Delaware game with a 26-point, nine-rebound outing vs. William & Mary Feb. 7. Hit on 12 of 15 free throws.
Led JMU in its Jan. 17 win vs. Old Dominion with game highs of 20 points and 11 rebounds. Hit on each of his eight shots, including a three-point try. Had seven points, including a three-pointer to cap the run, during a 16-0 second-half burst that gave JMU control. First JMU player to have at least eight field goals in a game without a miss from the field since 1994-95.
Followed the Old Dominion outing with a 20-point, nine-rebound effort at Georgia State. Had 15 of JMU's 30 second-half points and seven rebounds after intermission.
Played 24 minutes against Virginia Military and had 14 points and 13 rebounds. Had 11 second-half points.
Before JMU
Averaged 15.8 points and 7.8 rebounds and led Southeastern Iowa's 14-19 team with a 52.6 percent shooting mark from the field in 2005-06. Had 56 assists and 25 steals in 32 games. All-region and honorable mention All-America.
In 2005-06 started a team-high 29 games and shot 53 percent (164-312) from the field and 78 percent (170-217) from the foul line.
Led the team or tied for the team lead in scoring 16 times and in rebounding 17 times. Had a 28-point, 13-rebound effort against Marshalltown and a 23-point, 20-rebound game against Kirkwood Community College.
Averaged 12 points and five rebounds as a freshman and was second-team all-region on a 19-11 team.
At Largo (Md.) High School averaged 27 points as a senior and was All-Metropolitan Washington, D.C., after leading his team to the regional semifinals. Played in the Capital Classic.
