As a junior:
- JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete
- CAA Commissioner's Academic Award recipient
- JMU Dean's List Spring 2010
As a sophomore:
- CAA Commissioner's Academic Award
- Holds three relay JMU top-10 times
- Helped her team place seventh and set a school record in the 200 medley relay (1:44.68) at the CAA Championships
- Swam her best 100 freestyle (53.50) and 100 butterfly (59.05) times at the CAA Championships
As a freshman:
- 2007-08 CAA Commissioner's Academic Award
- Fall 2007 JMU Dean's List
- Helped her team set a school record in the 200 yard freestyle relay at the CAA Championships (1:34.97)
- Aided her team in obtaining yet another school record in the 200 medley relay at the CAA Championships (1:45.70)
Before JMU:
- As a freshman Lancaster-Lebanon All-League in 100 butterfly and 400 freestyle relay
- Received All-American consideration from NISCAA in 400 free relay
- As a junior, was all-league in 50 freestyle and 100 free
- All-league as a senior in 100 fly and 100 free
- National Honor Society
- Distinguished honor roll throughout high school

Kinesiology
What do you enjoy most about JMU Swimming and Diving?
I love being on such a close team, and being able to compete and have fun all at the same time.
What are your goals for this season?
Achieve personal best times, and perform well at the CAA's.
What is your pre-meet ritual and/or music?
Listen to music on my iPod and sometimes sing out loud with friends.
What are your favorite things about JMU?
The campus, the people, and all the JMU spirit.

What is your favorite event and why?
The Relays and 50 Freestyle- it's a quick event and I never have to think about it. I just get in and swim fast!
What other activities or hobbies do you enjoy?
Swim coach, swim instructor, lifeguard, lacrosse, reading, football, and going to the beach with friends

Seeing Coach Dane first thing in the morning at practice!
