THREE DUKES NAMED PRESEASON ALL-CAA IN WOMEN'S SOCCER

RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 16, 2010 - A trio of James Madison women's soccer players have been earned preseason All-Colonial Athletic Association honors in voting by the league's head coaches.
Senior midfielder Teresa Rynier (Leola, Pa./Conestoga Valley) and senior forward Cate Tisinger (Clifton, Va./Centreville) were named to the preseason All-CAA Team, and redshirt senior goalkeeper Diane Wszalek (West Chester, Pa./West Chester East) earned honorable mention.
Northeastern sophomore forward Devin Petta, the 2009 CAA Player and Rookie of the Year, was chosen as the conference's preseason Player of the Year. Petta topped the CAA with a school-record 35 points and shared the league lead in goals with 14
Rynier tallied a school-record and CAA-leading 15 assists for the Dukes last season and is a two-time All-CAA First Team honoree.
Tisinger, who received Second-Team All-CAA accolades in 2008, tallied five goals and six assists last season for the Dukes.
Wszalek turned in a season goals-against average of 1.08 last season, and that marked the third-lowest goals-against average in school history.
