Game Plan

James Madison plays its fourth game in a row at home Monday night when it entertains Colgate at the JMU Convocation Center.
JMU will have one more game on home hardwood before setting out on the road for the first time this season.
The game can be seen on MadiZONE HD SportsNet, presented by the JMU Alumni Association, while also being heard on the JMU/nTelos Wireless Broadcast Network.

Scouting Report

In the first-ever meeting between the two programs, the Dukes enter the game with a 2-1 record while the Raiders come to town sporting a 1-2 record.
Head Coach Matt Brady does have prior experience against Colgate, having won both games he faced the Raiders while head coach at Marist.
Last time out, JMU shot 59 percent from the floor as both Winston Grays and Jackson Kent produced career-high numbers in an 82-60 win against Longwood.
Grays led all scorers with 20 points while Kent contributed 18 points in the triumph. Yohanny Dalembert had 14 points while Tom Vodanovich added 11 points and a team-high six rebounds off the bench.
It was the highest shooting percentage in four years and was the largest margin of victory in close to two years.
Colgate is coming off a 54-48 win at Campbell Saturday night behind a 29-point performance from Damon Sherman-Newsome. Austin Tillotson also had 10 points while Luke Roh controlled the glass with 10 rebounds.
It's a couple of quick turnarounds this week for JMU as it hosts Sacred Heart on Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m., then travels to Columbus, Ohio, to battle Ohio State on Friday at 4 p.m. in a televised match-up on The Big Ten Network.
