No. 20 JMU to take on High Point Monday on Turf Field

HARRISONBURG, Va. – Due to the winter storm, Sunday afternoon's women's lacrosse game between No. 20 James Madison and High Point was postponed to Monday afternoon and will be played as scheduled.

First draw is set for 1 p.m. The game will be played on the turf field, which is one field up from the competition grass field at University Park.

The meeting between the Dukes and Panthers is the first all-time between the two programs. JMU currently sits at 2-1 while High Point holds an 1-2. The two teams have already played two common opponents this season. JMU lost to then-No. 2 North Carolina 13-9 while High Point fell to the Tar Heels 19-5. The Dukes and Panthers have also played Virginia Tech already this season. JMU topped the Hokies 13-8 while High Point won 10-6 last Friday evening.
