HARRISONBURG, Va. – The James Madison volleyball team finished tournament play sweeping Lehigh 3-0 (25-23, 26-24, 25-19) to win the JMU Classic. The Dukes battled with No.4 Florida falling 3-0 (16-25, 30-32, 18-25) in a tough three sets.

Janey Goodman had her second double-double of the season against the Mountain Hawks with 10 kills and 14 digs while sophomore
Taylor Austin led the team with 22 digs. The Dukes only dropped two sets to opponents finishing to the tournament 9-2 in sets played.
No. 4 Florida opened their 2015 campaign in Harrisonburg for the final game of the weekend. The Gators started in the first set taking the set 16-25. James Madison took control early in the second set keeping Florida off the boards for 11 straight points with five of the points coming from blocks. Florida came back to make it even at 21. Long rallies forced the set to continue to 32-30, ending in Florida's favor. In the final set the Dukes and Gators battled back and forth until Florida had a fifteen point run to end the match.
Outside hitter
Janey Goodman scored her third consective double-double of the season against the Gators. Goodman and Austin are sitting atop the leader boards for the Dukes with 52 kills and 73 digs respectively. Libero
Taylor Austin was named Tournament MVP with
Janey Goodman and
Sarah Patterson being named to the All-Tournament team. Radhi, Goodman, Robertson, Patterson, Recker and Niski all had 14 blocks each on the weekend with Goodman and Robertson having three solo blocks apiece.

Sarah Patterson started all four matches for the Dukes tabbing 128 assist and 18 kills. Patterson salso served for JMU in the team's 11-0 run over Florida including one ace.
