HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison men's soccer snapped a three-game losing streak, earning a 0-0 draw in double overtime with Elon at Sentara Park on Saturday night.
The tie was the first point in Colonial Athletic Association play for the Dukes, who are now 0-7-2 overall and 0-1-1 in the CAA. The Phoenix moved to 4-2-2 and 0-0-2.
Redshirt senior goalkeeper
Kyle Morton made six saves to earn his first shutout of the season.
The game was evenly matched, though JMU held a slight 16-14 advantage in shots, including 7-6 in shots on goal.
