WILMINGTON, N.C. – The James Madison volleyball team swept UNCW in three sets behind strong offensive rallies in each set on Saturday afternoon at Hanover Hall. The Dukes improved to 15-3 overall and 6-3 in the CAA, while UNCW fell to 8-14 and 2-8 in conference play.

MATCH NOTES
- JMU won 3-0 in set scores of 25-22, 25-23 and 25-22.
- Junior Bryn Recker earned her fifth double-double of the season, leading all players with 14 kills while adding 10 digs.
- M'Kaela White and Kelly Vahos both contributed 12 kills for the Dukes. This is White's seventh match this season in double-digit kills and the sixth for Vahos.
- JMU tallied 7.0 total blocks to UNCW's 4.5. M'Kaela White led all player with six blocks, all of which were block assists.
- Defensively, the Dukes had three players with double-digit digs, led by Taylor Austin who had 16 in her first match back since the College of Charleston match in early October.
- Tilbe Yaglioglu (23 sets) and Sarah Martin (17 sets) split the setting duties for the Dukes.
- In set two, JMU hit .324 and held UNCW to a .189 hitting percentage. For the match, the Dukes hit .257 compared to UNCW's .190.
- The Seahawks also had two players with double-digit kill performances, led by Kendall Bender and Sydney Brock.

RECKER RECORDS FIFTH DOUBLE-DOUBLE
This is the second time this season junior
Bryn Recker has record a double-double in a three set match. Recker has recorded 14 double-digit kill performances this season along with five matches with double-digit digs. This improves her career double-figures mark to 34 and 26, respectively.
