HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison volleyball will be offering three camps this summer, as announced by head coach
Lauren Steinbrecher.
Camps are six hours each day and the players will be grouped by age and ability levels. Campers will get to know the JMU volleyball team as the coach to camper ratio is 1:10 and personal evaluations will be given at the conclusion of camp.
CAMP INFORMATION
Advanced Camp: July 6-9
- This camp is recommended for current of future high school varsity or club players between the ages of 10-18. The camp will stress position play, advanced team techniques and physical conditioning.
- The cost is $550 for overnight and $450 for extended day.
Position Specialty Camp: July 10-11
- This camp is for players, between the ages of 10-18, who are looking for more intensive instruction for the positions – all positions are welcome.
- The cost is $300 for overnight and $200 for extended day.
Team Camp: July 13-15
- This camp focuses on competitive team play, skill development and team bonding opportunities for high school programs. A JMU camp coach will be with your team for the entire duration of the camp.
- This cost is $350 for overnight and $250 for extended day.
Extra Night Stay: July 8
- Campers may choose to stay overnight in between the Advanced Camp and the Position Specialty Camp.
- There is an additional charge of $50 for the extra night.
