Kickoff: 3:30 PM ET
Atlanta, Ga. | Center Parc Stadium
Saturday marks the third meeting all-time between the teams, with JMU leading 2-0.
JMU won the inaugural matchup, 28-21, on Oct. 27, 2012, while both teams were FCS members.
Last season, on Nov. 19, 2022, rallied from a 20-point halftime deficit for a 42-40 home victory against GSU.
This will be JMU's first trip to Atlanta in the series.
JMU ONE OF EIGHT UNBEATENS LEFT
Entering the week, JMU is one of eight undefeated squads left in the FBS. All eight have identical 8-0 records.
JMU is also the lone Sun Belt team without a blemish on its ledger.
The Dukes, along with Air Force and Liberty, arethe three unbeatens left from a non-power conference.
Only the Big Ten has multiple undefeated teams remaining in Michigan and Ohio State.
Other 8-0 squads include Florida State, Washington and defending national champion Georgia.
Two undefeated teams play top-25 teams this week when #1 Georgia hosts #14 Missouri and #5 Washington travels to #24 USC. JMU, Washington, Ohio State and Florida State all play road games this week.
 MOVIN' ON UP
With last week's win over Old Dominion, JMU rose in both major FBS polls to program-high rankings.
The Dukes rose two spots to #23 in the AP Top 25 and jumped one slot to #24 in the US LBM Coaches Poll.
It's the second straight week JMU has ranked in both polls and the third week all-time in the AP Top 25.
JMU is the third-highest ranked group of five program, behind only #17 Air Force and #21 Tulane.
CHASING JMU HISTORY, ALREADY RESET SBC RECORD BOOK
Jalen Green's breakout season has him on the precipice of JMU single-season history while also setting Sun Belt Conference history.
Through eight games, Green leads the country with 15.5 sacks and 21 tackles for loss.
With 2.5 sacks last week, he set the Sun Belt single-season record, passing Arkansas State's Javon Rolland-Jones, who had 13.5 in 2016.
He is also just one sack shy of tying John Daka's 2019 JMU record, which he accomplished in 16 games.
Additionally on Oct. 19 at Marshall, Green's five sacks tied the Sun Belt single-game record, becoming the third player to produce five sacks in a game.
 11 WINS IN A ROW
JMU's 30-27 win over ODU on Oct. 28 extended JMU's active win streak to 11 straight games dating back to last season.
The Dukes hold on to the fifth-longest active win streak in the FBS and the longest in the Sun Belt.
Defending national champ Georgia leads the way with 25 consecutive wins going back to 2021.
Washington has won 15 in a row, followed by Florida State (14) and Air Force (13).
