Matt Marsili joined the Dukes as the Director of Player Development in 2019, after finishing his playing career with JMU in May. Marsili was a team captain for JMU his senior year and signed an Independent League contract with the Washington Wild Things in the Frontier League.Â
During his time at JMU, Marsili operated as a coach on the field. Marsili assists with practice planning, data tracking and development strategies individualized for each player.Â
