- Made JMU debut May 14 vs. Liberty, loading the bases with no outs before striking out three consecutive batters
- In second collegiate pitching appearance, took the mound in midst of an 11-run opponent inning following a 13-hour rain delay in the CAA Tournament and escaped the jam on two pitches. Worked total of 1 2/3 innings allowing two earned runs on one hit in game JMU lost 20-19 to William and Mary
Before JMU:
- Played for Rick Freeman and the Fairfax High School Rebels
- As a senior, batted .310 with the Rebels
- Named honorable mention All-District in the Liberty District as a pitcher
- Played club baseball for Ray Arduini with the NVTBL Stars
