- Helped lead his team to the 2011 Maryland State AAA Championship and his team finished ranked No. 2 in the state
- Played club baseball for Dan Gitzen (Delmarva Canes) and Bill Cropper (Wicomico Blue Sox American Legion Post 64)
- Helped the Wicomico Blue Sox go 22-2 and capture the 2011 District Five championship and also capture the 2010 Maryland state title
- Was a member of his high school's honor roll in 2009, 2010 and 2011
