2009-10: Indoor track & field--Member of 1,600m relay team that placed 11th at ECAC Championships. Also an ECAC qualifier in distance medley relay. Outdoor track & field--Member of 1,600m relay team that placed 14th at ECAC Championships. Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2008-09: Â Indoor track--Member of 1,600m relay team that placed 11th at ECAC Championships. Â Also an ECAC qualifier in distance medley relay. Â Outdoor track--Placed 14th in 1,600m relay at ECAC Championships. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award. Â Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2007-08: Â Indoor track--All-East as a member of distance medley relay after a sixth-place finish at ECAC Championships. Â Also an ECAC qualifier in 1,600m relay. Â Outdoor track--ECAC qualifier in 1,600m relay. Conference (CAA) Commissioner's Academic Award. Â Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
High school: Â Indoor track--State champion 1,600m relay as a junior and senior. Â Tidewater Region champion 3,200m relay as a junior. Â Her sprint medley relay team was second and 1,600m relay team third at National Scholastic Meet her senior season. Â State 500m runner-up as a junior, third as a senior and 12th as a sophomore. Â
Outdoor track--Third in state in 800m as a junior and eighth in state in 400m as a sophomore. Â Her 1,600m relay was third in state 2004, fifth in state 2005 and fourth in state 2006 and eighth in Penn Relays Championships of the Americas 2006
