As a sophomore: Finalist for JMU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year... JMU Dean's List Fall 2009...JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete... placed 16th in 100 freestyle (52.62) and 11th in the 200 freestyle (1:52.52) at the CAA Championships... helped her team place third in the 200 freestyle relay (1:33.80) to earn All-CAA honors while also taking fifth in the 400 freestyle relay (3:26.14) at the CAA Championships... won 100 yard freestyle against Marshall (54.32)... helped her team place second in 200 medley relay (1:51.24) against Marshall... swam in 800 free exhibition team against Marshall to set a Savage Natatorium pool record of 7:46.22... second against Radford in 100 freestyle (26.02)... helped her team place second against Radford in the 400 freestyle relay (3:44.31) and in the 200 medley relay (1:53.12)... placed second against VMI/Georgetown in 200 freestyle (1:57.20)... finished second in 400 freestyle relay (3:34.19) against Towson/Loyola... finished sixth at CAA POD meet in 200 freestyle (1:56.67)... helped her team place second at CAA POD meet in 200 freestyle relay (1:37.81)... helped her team place seventh in Gamecock Invitational in 200 freestyle relay (1:37.35) and sixth in the 400 freestyle relay (3:32.58)... helped her team place eighth in the 800 freestyle relay (7:44.82) at the Gamecock Invitational
As a freshman: JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete... JMU President's List Fall 2008... JMU Dean's List Spring 2009... CAA Commissioner's Academic Award... holds three individual and four relay top-10 times in JMU history... second in 200 freestyle against VMI/Georgetown (1:58.52)... second in 100 freestyle against Marshall (54.47)... helped her team place first in the 400 yard freestyle relay at the Bucknell Invitational (3:30.77)... aided her team in obtaining second place in the 400 yard freestyle relay at the CAA Pod Meet (3:35.77) and against Northeastern (3:36.14)... swam the third leg of the 200 yard freestyle relay at the Bucknell Invitational in which her team placed second (1:36.32)... helped her team place third in the 200 yard freestyle relay at the CAA Pod Meet (1:40.45)...helped her team place second in the 400 yard freestyle relay against Loyola/Towson (3:37.24)... twelfth in 200 freestyle (1:51.75) and fourteenth in 100 freestyle (51.85) at the CAA Championships, ranking fourth in JMU history in both... fifteenth in 50 freestyle (24.02) at the CAA Championships, good for eighth in school history... helped her team place fifth and set school records in both the 200 (1:33.69) and 400 (3:26.04) yard freestyle relays at the CAA Championships...
Before JMU: Swam for Sandy Martin at Providence High School and Russ Kasi at Meckienburg Aquatic Club... sophomore year 200 free relay state champion... junior year 400 free relay state champion... state finalist all four years...National Honor Society...Scholastic All-American.

I love how we are all there for each other, in and out of the pool.

I want to place higher at conference.

The swim and dive team, Dingledine Hall, and the school spirit.
