As a sophomore: Finalist for JMU Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year... JMU Dean's List Fall 2009...JMU Athletic Director Scholar-Athlete... placed 16th in 100 freestyle (52.62) and 11th in the 200 freestyle (1:52.52) at the CAA Championships... helped her team place third in the 200 freestyle relay (1:33.80) to earn All-CAA honors while also taking fifth in the 400 freestyle relay (3:26.14) at the CAA Championships... won 100 yard freestyle against Marshall (54.32)... helped her team place second in 200 medley relay (1:51.24) against Marshall... swam in 800 free exhibition team against Marshall to set a Savage Natatorium pool record of 7:46.22... second against Radford in 100 freestyle (26.02)... helped her team place second against Radford in the 400 freestyle relay (3:44.31) and in the 200 medley relay (1:53.12)... placed second against VMI/Georgetown in 200 freestyle (1:57.20)... finished second in 400 freestyle relay (3:34.19) against Towson/Loyola... finished sixth at CAA POD meet in 200 freestyle (1:56.67)... helped her team place second at CAA POD meet in 200 freestyle relay (1:37.81)... helped her team place seventh in Gamecock Invitational in 200 freestyle relay (1:37.35) and sixth in the 400 freestyle relay (3:32.58)... helped her team place eighth in the 800 freestyle relay (7:44.82) at the Gamecock Invitational
