As a freshman: Swam her best 200 backstroke time against Bucknell (2:14.31) and her best 500 freestyle time against Northeastern (5:36.01)...

As a Freshman: 2007-08 CAA Commissioner’s Academic Award... Spring 2008 JMU Dean's List.

Before JMU: Â Swam for Marc Rios at Hampton Roads Academy and Steve Griffin with the Dolphins club program... high school finished second in the TCIS as a junior and a senior... as a freshman, finished top 16 in Virginia at the AA level... as a sophomore, set 500 freestyle record at previous high school, York... as a junior, broke 500 free record at Hampton Roads Academy... all-conference in TCIS... top five in the state in VSIS in the 500 free, 200 IM, and 200 medley relay... broke her own record as a senior and again was named all-conference... also all-conference in the 200 medley relay... top five in VSIS in 500 free and 200 free... top eight in the state in 200 medley relay and 400 free relay... USA Swimming Academic All-American two years... four-year honor roll honoree.

           My teammates because we all work hard for our success

           The friendly people, beautiful campus, swim team, and food.
