Fans of James Madison Athletics have a new option to outfit themselves in official purple and gold gear with the launch Friday of JMUSportsShop.com.

The new online outlet is hosted by Advance Online, a subsidiary of Follett, which operates the university's on-campus bookstore. The site offers a more comprehensive selection of official JMU items than any previous online retailer with over 1,500 items available.

Many items on the site feature official JMU-branded logos, secondary team logos and additional branded designs. Some offerings also include select-a-logo options for customers to choose among a portfolio of official logo designs. JMUSportsShop.com also includes replica jerseys for some sports, including personalized name and number options.

JMUSportsShop.com will be regularly updated as new retail items and additional vendors become available.
