HARRISONBURG, Va. - James Madison volleyball continues to dominate in Colonial Athletic Association action as the team earned its seventh consecutive victory with a 3-1 (25-19, 25-19, 21-25, 25-21) triumph over the College of Charleston on Friday night in Sinclair Gymnasium.

After dropping the third set, JMU rallied back in the fourth to secure the win and remain unbeaten in CAA play.

Offensively, Junior Briley Brind'Amour tallied a match-high 19 kills while junior Sarah Martin led the contest in assists with 55. The defensive effort was led by juniors Sarah Driscoll and M'Kaela White who record match highs with 28 digs and 5 blocks, respectively.

MATCH NOTES
- Four Dukes hit over .300 in the second straight match: White (.545), Bryn Recker (.324), Kelly Vahos (.323) and Brind'Amour (.312).
-Four Dukes had double-digit kills: Brind'Amour (19), Recker (16), White (14) and Vahos (14).
- Martin was one shy of tying her career-high record of 56 assists which she made against VCU on September 17.
-Recker notched her 13^thdouble-double of the season with 16 kills and 17 digs.
-With her five blocks in the match, White surpassed 100 on the season and improves her total to 103.

HOW IT HAPPENED

Holding a slight 4-3 advantage early in the first set, the Dukes then went on a 5-0 run to take a 9-3 lead and they never looked back. JMU was able to maintain the lead and took the first set 25-19
JMU went on a roll early in the second set behind the serving of Jacqui Koebel to take a 6-1 lead. The Dukes would continue to hold the advantage and took the second set in 25-19.
College of Charleston took the lead early and continued to hold on the advantage. The Dukes were unable to catch up as the Cougars took the third set 25-21.
It was a back-and-forth set between the two conference foes as the Dukes tried to clinch their seventh CAA victory. JMU would come out on top in 25-21 fashion.
