Bryn Recker and
Savannah Marshall.
- Driscoll also led the match with three service aces, matching the career high that she set earlier this season. Marshall followed with two – one shy of her career best.
- As a squad, the Dukes hit .323 during the first frame with 13 kills on 31 one attempts with only three errors.
-
Liv Crawley achieved a new season-high with her two digs.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Dukes called their first timeout during a close first set then managed four points out of the break, ultimately leading to the 8-1 run that JMU would ride to a first-set win.
- Every time JMU attempted to pull away, TU made moves to stay close behind. A tiny 3-0 run put the Dukes' within two points from 25, which they reached after a Towson service error and a kill from
Tilbe Yaglioglu.
- Jumping out to an early lead, the Tigers led by as much as eight in the third. The Dukes couldn't fight back and dropped the set.
- JMU flipped the script and gained an early lead in set four but TU powered its way into control of the scoreboard. Using small runs here and there, the Tigers found a fourth-set win.
- Towson dominated the fifth frame, going up 10-1 to begin. The Dukes' first two points came from Tiger service errors, and, though kills from Crawley, Vahos, White and Martin fended off match point for a while Towson took the set and the match.
