ROCK HILL, S.C. – James Madison cross country finished 23^rd at the NCAA Southeast Regional hosted by Winthrop University on Friday morning. NC State won regional, holding up to their regional ranking of No. 1.

RACE RECAP

Averi Witt set a personal record 21:52.6 time in the 6K. This was her first 6K race under the 22-minute mark
Grace Edison also set a personal best mark in the race coming in under 23 minutes with her 22:51.1 time.
NC State claimed the NCAA Southeast Regional title with a team score of 70.
Louisville's Dorcas Wasike won the NCAA Regional
JMU was beaten by fellow CAA members William & Mary who finished 19^th and Elon (22^nd) but defeated College of Charleston who took 29^th as the four members in the Southeast region
