JMU Lacrosse Unveils 2024 Fall Schedule

HARRISONBURG, Va. – James Madison Head Coach Shelley Klaes announced the lacrosse program's 2024 fall schedule, which features an intrasquad scrimmage, a pair of road matchups, one play day, and one home contest.
The Dukes begin the fall with a home Purple vs. Gold scrimmage on Sept. 20, before traveling to College Park, Md., for a matchup with Maryland on Sept. 28. JMU will hit the road again on Oct. 6 to compete with Loyola Maryland in Baltimore.
The following weekend, the Dukes will host Georgetown, Pitt, and Virginia Tech for their JMU Play Day on Oct. 12.
The Dukes close fall play on Oct. 25 in Harrisonburg when they take on in-state rival Virginia. All home games will be played on the turf field at Sentara Park.
The team will announce their 2025 regular-season schedule later in the fall.Â
