EARLYSVILLE, Va. – James Madison cross country saw five Dukes record personal-best times at Virginia's Panorama Farms Invitational on Friday morning.
JMU placed 11th out of 16 teams, tallying 338 points (52-67-69-73-77). UVA captured the win on its home course with 33 points (2-4-8-9-10), followed by Virginia Tech (70), Elon (99), Ohio (113) and High Point (116). Katie Bohlke of Virginia Tech led all collegiate runners with a 6K time of 20:02.6
Taylor Myers paced the Dukes in 22:07.7 for 52nd, with
Faith Ford (67th – 22:52.1) and
Elizabeth Scarpa (69th – 22:53.9) following closely behind.
Carol-Anne Garrett (73rd – 23:00.6) and
Madison Cole (77th – 23:06.9) rounded out the scoring. James Madison posted an average time of 22:48 with a 0:59 spread between the top-five scorers.
