2006-07 as a sophomore: Commissioner’s Academic Award Recipient... Went 6-5 in fall singles play... had a 4-4 record during fall doubles play... finished second in her doubles flight with teammate Barrett Donner at the Hampton Roads Invitational of Newport News.
2005-06 as a freshman: Had a 3-3 record during fall singles play.
High School: Team MVP all four years... undefeated as a freshmen and sophomore playing as the number five seed... competed in the state quarterfinals as the number one seed her junior and senior year...named captain of her team as a senior.
Personal: Daughter of Sherwood and Joey Day... Nursing major... enjoys ultimate frisbee and swimming.
