Following a week-long hiatus, the James Madison Dukes (3-7) travel to in-state rival George Mason (6-5) on Monday, Dec. 20 for a 3 p.m. tipoff on ESPN+.
The Dukes are looking to end their five-game losing streak and collect their first road win of the season.
JMU is coming off a 75-68 overtime loss to West Virginia on Dec. 12.
Despite the loss, the Dukes had their best three-point shooting game of the season as they knocked down 7-of-17 from beyond the arc to finish the game at 41.2%.
Jaylin Carodinerecorded her second-straight double digit rebounding performance against West Virginia with her 12 rebounds. This marks this fourth game with 10+ rebounds for Carodine.
Jefferson is JMU's leading scorer with 18.2 points per game while Hazell is the only other Duke to average in double figures with 13.8.
Leading the Dukes on the glass is Carodine with 8.8 boards per outing.
 SCOUTING THE PATRIOTS
George Mason enters Monday's contest at 6-5 following a 77-67 loss at Bucknell on Saturday, Dec. 18.
Amaya Scott led all scorers in Saturday's contest with 24 points and pulled down a team-best seven rebounds.
Scott leads the Patriots with 16.8 points and 7.5 rebounds per game. The forward also holds a team-best field goal percentage of 49%.
The Patriots are led by Vanessa Blair-Lewis in her first year at the helm of the GMU women's basketball program. Blair-Lewis arrived in Fairfax following a 13-year stint as the head women's basketball coach of Bethune-Cookman in Daytona Beach, Fla.

JMU leads 55-20 in the all-time series against the Patriots, including a 21-10 record on the road.
The Dukes have won the last 19 meetings against George Mason.
The last time the Patriots topped JMU was on Jan. 14, 2005 in Fairfax, Va. when George Mason won 50-48 in overtime.
