At JMU: Third-year Duke who the JMU staff expects to assume a more-prominent role after seeing limited playing time a year ago... player who runs good pass routes, who is good with the ball in his hand and who could be used as a return specialist, said wide receivers coach Clayton Matthews.
2009: Finished the season with two receptions for 21 yards. Recorded two receptions for 21 yards against Richmond.
2008: Appeared in three games as a reserve receiver... had a 25-yard reception at Towson.
High School: All-league, all-county and all-region as a junior and senior and all-state as a junior at Reidsville... on a state title team, a state runner-up squad and two league title teams... as a junior had seven touchdowns rushing, 10 receiving and two on kick returns... as a senior scored twice on rushes, three times on receptions and once on a kick return... averaged 11.9 yards per rush as a junior and 9.9 as a senior.... averaged 16.5 yards per reception as a junior and 20.3 as a senior.
