HARRISONBURG, Va., Sept. 27, 2010 - The James Madison women's cross country team is once again ranked eighth in the Southeast region of the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association poll, released Monday.
The Dukes were off from competition the last two weekends, following their victory at the JMU Open Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 11.
William and Mary, the lone Colonial Athletic Association foe in the rankings, held on to its No. 11 spot in the Southeast region.
JMU returns to action on Friday, Oct. 1, at the Paul Short Invitational in Bethlehem, Pa.
