QUOTING COACH PEDERSEN
"Coming into the last session of the meet, we focused on having high energy for the entire session. We were in a really tight race against William & Mary that came down to the last relay, which makes a meet really fun, but we were fortunate to get our hand on the wall first for the victory. William & Mary illustrated why they are two time defending champions today, they raced very hard to overcome a 32 point deficit by not having diving. This session was overall our best not because of the outcome, but because of the way we operated on deck as a team. Moving forward, this win is a great accomplishment but is only a step in the process. We have plenty of work to do moving forward, however that doesn't take away from the great meet our girls had."
