Lynchburg, Va. – James Madison senior swimmer Julianna Jones competed at the Liberty Last Chance Meet on Sunday, Feb. 28.
Jones competed in the 1650-yard freestyle at the invite recording a time of 16:36.63, her fastest time this season. After only competing in the event only one other time this season, the senior swimmer shaved almost a minute off of her previous time.
Jones and JMU swimming & diving will welcome Richmond to Savage Natatorium on Saturday March 6 for the final home dual meet of the season. The meet will begin at 1 p.m.
