COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- Â Three student-athletes of James Madison swimming & diving were selected to the College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America's Scholar All-American Teams, as announced by the committee on Tuesday morning.
Sarah Stim, Emily Gross and
Faith Anderson each earned honorable mentions nods after qualifying for the NCAA Zone A Championships on the 1-meter and 3-meter board. This is the fourth consecutive year that the three divers have received the honor.

Anderson and Gross qualified for the 3-meter finals at the Championships placing 16
th and 17
th, respectively. Stim placed 26
th on the 3-meter. On the 1-meter, Anderson placed 22
nd followed by Gross in 23
rd. Stim was not far behind as she placed 25
th overall.

To be named to the CSCAA Scholar All-American Honorable Mention, student-athletes must have achieved a GPA of 3.50 and a "B" time standard or competed at an NCAA Regional or Zone Diving qualifier.
The team was recognized by the CSCAA last week as JMU combined for a 3.41 team GPA for the 2021 spring term.
