At JMU: Third-year Duke who provides experienced depth at CB and on special teams... consistent and hard-working player who continues to improve, said CB coach Mark Hendricks.
2007: In his first JMU year after sitting out 2006 under transfer guidelines played in eight games... had five tackles as a reserve DB and on special teams... had four unassisted tackles... had two solo stops vs. Coastal Carolina... had solo stops vs. Villanova and Northeastern and an assist at Rhode Island.
Before JMU: In 2005 in eight Villanova games and had four tackles (3 solo)... as a Stonewall Jackson High School senior was on a district title and regional finalist team... captain and MVP and a first-team all-district, all-region and all-area safety... led the team in tackles... all-district and district tournament MVP in basketball... as a junior was all-district and team MVP in football and all-district in basketball.
Personal: Kinesiology and exercise science major... hopes to become a personal trainer.
