High School: Four-year starter in football, serving as team captain the last two years for Coach David Tibbs... Selected to the Second-Team Associated Press All-Group AA and First-Team All-Region III after recording 112 tackles, seven tackles for loss, five interceptions, two fumble recoveries and one forced fumble his senior year... Also named Staunton News Leader All-City/County Co-Defensive Player of the Year in 2010 as well as First Team All-City/County at both wide receiver and defensive back... Was also a First-Team All-Region III defensive back and Second-Team All-Region III running back as a senior... Also had five interceptions, including one for a touchdown, his final year for the Leemen... Rushed 108 times for 980 yards (9.3 per carry) and 10 touchdowns while adding 25 receptions for 500 yards and 12 receiving touchdowns and 10 returns for 251 yards... Finished his high school career as the school's all-time interception leader with 12 and ranks second in career tackles with 347... Also is the school's career leader in receptions (61), receiving yards (1,013) and touchdown receptions (20)... Was also a four-year starter in basketball and baseball, earning All-District honors in both sports... Member of the A/B Honor Roll with a GPA over 3.5.
