2005: Started each game... first-team All-A-10... first-team all-state by the state's sports information directors and second team by the Roanoke Times... second-team All-Northeast Region by Football Weekly... led JMU in stops for loss (12) and sacks (8)... second in the A-10 in sacks and tied for sixth in stops for loss... sixth on the team in tackles with 55 (25 solo) and first among DL... matched his career high with seven tackles at Delaware and had six stops six times... had three sacks (minus-23 yards) among six stops vs. Lock Haven and two sacks (minus-15 yards) among four stops vs. Richmond... had solo sacks vs. Delaware State and Massachusetts and shared sacks vs. Coastal Carolina and Towson... had six solo stops at William & Mary.
2004: Among the team’s top DEs despite being slowed throughout the year by an ankle problem... played in 10 games and started five -- vs. Villanova, Massachusetts, Maine, Delaware, and William & Mary at home... had career highs of seven tackles vs. Villanova and Delaware... had four unassisted stops, took part in a sack and had another stop for loss at Villanova... had five stops at Maine and at Furman... had a sack and was involved in another stop for loss vs. Delaware... had sacks vs. Hofstra and in the playoffs at Lehigh and William & Mary... forced fumbles at Furman and William & Mary in the playoffs.
2003: Reserve DE... had two primary stops, including a sack, vs. Liberty and a primary stop and an assist vs. Charleston Southern... had primary stops vs. Virginia Tech, Richmond and Rhode Island and an assist vs. Northeastern.
High School: Three-year football and basketball player at High Point... all-county in both and honorable mention all-metro in football... played in the county all-star football game and ran for his team's only TD.
