2005: Starter in each game and JMU's top rusher (940 yards)... team's No. 2 receiver (25, 203 yards, 2 TDs)... led JMU in points (66) and tied for the team lead in rushing TDs (9)... his 11 overall TDs are JMU's No. 8 season mark... JMU's offensive MVP and first-team all-state by the Roanoke Times and the state's sports information directors... second-team All-A-10... 41st nationally and sixth in the A-10 in rushing per game (85.5)... No. 8 in the A-10 in all-purpose yards per game (103.9)... had three straight 100-yard games late in the year and ran for more than 75 yards four other times... had a season-high 134 yards and TD carries of 42 (season-long carry) and 17 yards and tied his career high of six receptions (44 yards) at William & Mary... ran for 120 yards and had a 23-yard TD catch vs. Richmond... ran for 114 yards and had a 12-yard TD run vs. Villanova... ran 11 times for 97 yards and had TDs of two and 39 yards vs. Lock Haven... ran 24 times for 88 yards, had scoring runs of one yard and six yards, and caught three passes at Coastal Carolina... had a nine-yard TD catch vs. Delaware State and TD runs vs. Hofstra (2 yards) and Maine (4 yards)... set a career high of six catches (53 yards) at Delaware.
2004: Team's No. 3 rusher despite being limited by a knee problem... started the first four games... returned for limited play at Towson in the regular season finale and played briefly in JMU’s first two playoff games... ran eight times for 30 yards and a TD (1 yard) in the NCAA semifinals at William & Mary and 13 times for 88 yards in the title game vs. Montana... caught two passes for 23 yards vs. Montana... ran for 100 yards in three of JMU’s first four games... ran 15 times for 108 yards and two TDs (2, 3 yards) vs. Lock Haven, 25 times for 86 yards and a TD (2 yards) at Villanova, 30 times for 108 yards at West Virginia, and 19 times for 108 yards vs. Hofstra... had a season-long run of 35 yards vs. Hofstra and a 28-yarder vs. Montana... had four receptions (32 yards) vs. Hofstra.
2003: Started nine times as a red-shirt freshman... JMU's top rusher (895) with its then-top season mark since 1999... set JMU’s freshman rushing yards record, breaking the mark of 691 (Warren Marshall, 1982)... 53rd in Division I-AA in rushing, seventh among freshmen... tied team freshman marks for overall TDs (9) and points (54)... missed the Villanova game but had four 100-yard outings... at the time his 895 rushing yards were ninth on JMU’s all-time season list and his 202 carries fifth... in his first game ran 20 times for 157 yards and a TD vs. Liberty... had 138 yards and a three-yard TD run by halftime... the 157-yard effort was JMU’s best varsity mark by a freshman (since 1974) and the second best overall by a JMU freshman... had 28 carries for 153 yards and a six-yard TD run vs. Hofstra to win A-10 rookie of the week honors... A-10 co-rookie of the week for his play at William & Mary, where he ran a career-high 32 times for 138 yards and a TD (1 yard) and had three catches (24 yards)... the 32 carries matched JMU’s then-No. 10 game mark and trail only Anthony Moore’s 34 in a 1997 three-OT game among JMU freshman efforts... vs. Rhode Island ran 24 times for 104 yards and a TD (3 yards)... ran 12 times for 96 yards and a TD (3 yards) vs. Richmond and 15 times for 84 yards and a TD (9 yards) vs. Charleston Southern... had TD runs of one yard and two yards vs. Northeastern... at Maine had a 40-yard TD catch.
High School: First-team all-district and all-region and second-team all-state RB as a Hampton senior... had 1,302 yards and 22 TDs as a senior... named to the state all-star game and Who's Who In Sports 2001-02... honor roll student... on a state title football team as a freshman and competed in track and field.
