Quoting Head Coach Delethea Quarles
"Day two at VMI was another good day for the Dukes! The sprint and hurdle crew did a very good job with the 30-plus team competition. I was especially proud of
Jordyn Henderson's win in the 60m hurdles and season-best time of 8.54.
Asia Powell finished fourth in a very competitive field in the 60m dash with her best time ever at 7.58.
Holly Mpassy remains strong and consistent with her indoor PR in the 400m as runner-up freshman
Kadence Wilson follows her lead with her season PR of 56.54. Other best performances that will add to our team's goals were
Virginia Keys in the 200m (25.32) and
Isabella Bogdan's long jump (5.20m).
Laura Webb's win in the mile and best time added to a very commendable day!"
