MOBILE, Ala. – James Madison finished day two of the Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Championships on Friday night at the Jaguar Track & Field Complex, with two Dukes winning their heats to claim spots in tomorrow's finals.
Texas State owns a commanding lead with 80 points, followed by South Alabama (44), and Arkansas State (41). JMU remains tied with Troy at 13th with 13 event titles up for grabs on Saturday. The final day of competition begins at 1 p.m. ET, with coverage on ESPN+ starting at 5 p.m. ET.

Mykenzie Britton (400m) and
Bridget Koller (800m) both qualified for the finals in their respective events after winning their heats. Britton crossed the finish line in a personal-best 54.49 clip for fifth in the prelims, while Koller cruised to a 2:09.38 time for third. For Britton, her effort is good for third in the JMU record book, just behind Tyrah Burrow's 54.44 performance in 2016.
