WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – James Madison track & field wrapped up action at the Colonial Relays held at William & Mary on Saturday with four top-three finishes including three event wins.

To begin the final day of competition, in her first outdoor meet
Skyla Davidson won the triple jump with a mark of 11.89 meters which was .26 meters further than second place. Her mark is the ninth-best in program history.

The Dukes dominated the discus as
Dominique Johnson won the event with a throw of 44.84 meters while
Jamie Richards followed behind as she finished third with a mark of 42.41m.

Sinead Sargeant, Sophie Bollinger, Brooke Manion and
Miranda Stanhope teamed up to compete in the distance medley race and crossed the finish line in first place with a time of 11:58.56.

DAY ONE HIGHLIGHTS
In her second outdoor competition of her career,
Shelby Staib won her second consecutive javelin throw with a mark of 44.43 meters. She improved her distance by .87 meters and moved up to third all-time in program history.

Dominique Johnson followed behind with a third-place finish in the shot put, launching a season-high distance of 13.06 meters.
Dardlie Lefevre also earned a third-place finish at the meet as she claimed the bronze medal in the long jump at 5.62m, the longest distance for a Duke in the long jump this season.

In the final event of the night,
Caitlin Swanson won the 10,000m race with a time of 36:53.90 which was 28 seconds faster than second place.
