2009-10: Indoor track & field-ECAC qualifier in shot put. School record in shot put (45'4 1/4"). Other--JMU Athletic Director Scholar Athlete.
2007-08:  Indoor track--School record in shot put (13.80m/45'3 1/2").  Placed 13th in shot put at ECAC Championships.  Outdoor track--ECAC shot put qualifier.  All-conference (CAA) in shot put after a second-place finish at CAA Championships. Â
2006-07: Â Indoor track--School records in weight throw (51'0 1/4") and shot put (45'3 1/2"). Â (NOTE: weight throw record was broken by Rebecca Eisenhauer in 2008.) ECAC shot put qualifier. Â Outdoor track--Placed 22nd in shot put at NCAA East Region Championships. Â Placed 12th in shot put at ECAC Championships. Â Set school shot put record (48'11 3/4"). Â All-conference (CAA) in shot put after a second-place finish at CAA Championships.
2005-06: Â Outdoor track--Placed 12th in shot put at Junior Nationals. Â Broke school shot put record three times. Placed 19th in shot put at ECAC Championships.
High school: Â Indoor track--State shot put runner-up as a senior. Â Region shot put champion as a senior and sixth as a sophomore. Â District champion as a senior and fifth as a sophomore. Â Team was region champion 2004 and district champion 2002, 03, 04. Â Outdoor track--State shot put runner-up as a senior and fourth as a junior. Eastern Region shot put champion as a senior and runner-up as a junior. Â Southeast District champion as a junior and senior. Â The Hornets were region champions 2002 and district champions 2002, 03, 04. Â
