QUOTING COACH FRIAS
"I was pleased with the personal and seasonal bests on day one and day two. Friday's weather was much more favorable than today; however, we made the best out of a cold rainy day and competed. Our goals remain unchanged and that is to continue to get better each week and build on each performance."
